Archivo Boneiru biedt een webquest aan waarbij leerlingen kennismaken met Bonairiaans erfgoed door het maken van een werkstuk en presentatie.
Op Curaçao wordt jaarlijks wordt op 2 juli ‘Dia di Himno i Bandera’ (‘Dag van het Volkslied en de Vlag’ ) gevierd. Op deze dag wordt op veel plaatsen de vlag van Curaçao uitgehangen en zijn er veel programma’s op de lokale televisie aan deze dag gewijd.
Dia di Pais Kòrsou, gevierd op 10 oktober, markeert de dag waarop Curaçao in 2010 een autonoom land werd binnen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden. Deze feestdag herdenkt de historische verandering die het eiland een eigen regering en meer zelfstandigheid gaf, terwijl het een deel bleef van het koninkrijk.
Dia di Himno i Bandera, ook bekend als Bonairedag of de Dag van de Vlag, wordt jaarlijks op 6 september gevierd op Bonaire. Dia di Boneiru is een officiële feestdag, waarbij wordt stilgestaan bij het ‘ontdekken’ van het eiland.
Koningsdag wordt jaarlijks op 27 april gevierd in de Caribische delen van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden ter ere van de verjaardag van Koning Willem-Alexander. Omdat 27 april in 2025 op een zondag valt, wordt koningsdag dit jaar in het hele koninkrijk gevierd op 26 april.
Meesterverteller Wijnand Stomp heeft over de jaren een fantastisch verhalen oeuvre opgebouwd. Hij is bekend geworden door zijn theatrale vertolkingen van de slimme spin Anansi. Ditmaal dompelt Stomp zijn publiek onder in de wonderlijke wereld van de Afro-Caribische mythologie. Een Zee vol Caribische Verhalen is geschikt voor het basisonderwijs, voortgezet onderwijs en voor volwassenen.

Fundashon Pro Monumento organizes the 2017 edition of Monumento Habrí (Open Monumentday). The year 2017 is special because in December it will be twenty years ago that Willemstad has been placed on Unesco’s World Heritage List. This year’s Monumento Habrí will take place in Punda.
Ser'i Otrobanda
This is the 2004 edition of the brochures published by the Pro Monument Foundation (ProMo) whenever a Monumento Habrí (Open Monumentday) is organized. Nearly all te historic buildings that are opened to the public on the occasion of Monumento Habrí 2004, have been built on the former hinterland of the Westwerf. These grounds, which were hardly built on round 1860, stretched westward from the St. Anna Bay, and were situated to the north of the present Frederikstraat.

For the sixth time the Fundashon Pro Monumento organizes the biannual Monumento Habrí (Open Monument Day). On Sunday May 18th, 2003 the attention will be focused on Scharloo Abou.

For the fifth time the Fundashon Pro Monumento organizes the biannual Monumento Habrí (Open Monument Day). On Sunday June 3rd. 2001 the attention will be focused on a part of Otrobanda (Langestraat, Ijzerstraat, de Rouvilleweg, Havenstraat and Hoogstraat).

For the 4th time the Fundashon Pro Monumento organizes an open Monument Day (Monumento Habrí). After the districts Scharloo and Otrobanda (Hoogstraat en the Alley Quarters) it is now Punda’s turn. By walking along the indicated route, on the map in this booklet, one can get a good idea of the rich history of Punda with its defense works, squares, buildings, musea and civil works.

Pietermaai Smal
The premises that will be open to the public on the occasion of ‘Monumento Habrí’ (Open Monument Day), for the greater part are situated on the isthmus that in those days connected Willemstad with the rest of the island. Here ‘Pietermaai Smal’ (Narrow Pietermaai) originated in the 18th and 19th century. The area in which the houses are opened rund from the Theaterstraat up to and including the Johan van Walbeeckplein.
Terramar Museum is a historical and archaeological museum in the center of Kralendijk, Bonaire. It presents Bonaire’s history and cultural heritage through archaeological and anthropological research, as well as art and education.
The largest National Park on Curaçao
The Christoffel National Park is the largest and most biodiverse park on the island.
