- Lead the development of educational materials and resources<\/li>\n
- Conduct guided tours and heritage and culture focused workshops<\/li>\n
- Collaborate with local educators and organizations to expand our outreach<\/li>\n
- Contribute to the preparation of the organizations strategic and operational plans and annual budget.<\/li>\n
- Advise the Director on equipment, materials and supplies needed for the proper execution of all educational activities.<\/li>\n
- Co-ordinate the implementation of key deliverables such as the After School Activities and other outreach programs, applying the correct procedures relating to implementation of programs.<\/li>\n
- Promote the Foundations educational initiatives through various media channels<\/li>\n
- Manage the opening hours of the Saba Heritage Center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
- \n
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in education, History, Museum Studies, Cultural Heritage or a related field.<\/li>\n
- Experience in educational program development and delivery.<\/li>\n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse space<\/li>\n
- Must be willing to sign on for 12 months.<\/li>\n
- Must be based at the Saba Heritage Center and willing \/ able to travel around and outside the island.<\/li>\n
- Must agree to work on evenings or weekends to accommodate special events.<\/li>\n
- Must hold a USA or Dutch Passport or already registered to work in the Dutch Caribbean.<\/li>\n
- Must be able to start January 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
